At The Jersey Room, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Have all original tags attached (if applicable)

  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, washing, or alterations

  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible

Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or alteration will not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Jerseys that have been worn

  • Jerseys that have been washed

  • Jerseys with custom names or numbers

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the jersey remains unworn and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the incorrect item was supplied by The Jersey Room.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected before refunds or exchanges are approved.

The Jersey Room reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
